Biographical Summary:
Peter Magnin, EarthSkills Instructor.

EarthSkill’s new instructor, Peter Magnin, brings his experience and formidable bushcraft education in the primitive arts as a force-multiplier to the school’s curriculum.
While serving in the United States Air Force, Peter trained with the Air Force’s Survival, Escape, Resistance and Evasion (SERE) elite special operations command on multiple volunteer tours oversees. After the military, he continued his bushcraft training with notable primitive skills professionals Terry Barney, Paul Kirtley and the world-renowned Mors Kochansky of Karamat Wilderness Ways. After earning his Wilderness EMT certification he attended the Jack Mountain Bushcraft School and graduated its Bushcraft Guide Certification Program, a grueling 9-week immersion into learning to live in harmony with nature.
More than highly skilled in survival and primitive wilderness skills, Peter enjoys a genuine love for the natural world. He is as much at home on his hands and knees studying animal tracks as he is scaling a mountain or rappelling from the end of a rope.
